ABOUT US

the Rock Community Church is led by Jay and Dee Reynolds,  who  are both accredited pastors in the CRC Churches International movement. They married in 2011, moved to East Greenwich, then settled in Shooters Hill. 
 
 
JAY REYNOLDS
SENIOR PASTOR / YOUTH LEAD / PASTORAL
Jay grew up in Lewisham and completed his degree in Product Design  in Bournemouth. He has worked in  church ministry leadership and youth work, for the past 15 years and has worked as a Product Designer, Caterer and now works at a local Grammar School as a Design and Technology teacher and  Head of Department .
 
DEE REYNOLDS
PASTOR / WOMEN’S MINISTRY / CHILDREN

Dee grew up on the other side of the world in Mildura, Australia and gained her degree in Communications in Adelaide.  She moved to London in 1999 and she too is a qualified teacher. Dee has worked in kids work and various forms of church ministry and leadership for the last 20 years.

 
DAVID DICKSON
PASTOR / DISCIPLESHIP LEAD /MEN’S MINISTRY
Dave has worked in prison ministry for a number of years and has recently established a prison ministry charity.  He has a heart to make disciples  and has served as a preacher and leader in a number of different church contexts. He loves to network  and build relationships and as a trained and skilled chef, Dave has a love for chillies and great food!
 
JAE HYANG DICKSON
PASTOR / WORSHIP & INTERCESSION LEAD
Jae has been leading others into the presence of the Lord for many years.  Along with Jay, Dee and her husband Dave, forms the leadership team at the Rock.
Jae is from South Korea, but very much a Brit too and works as an administrator.
 
 
NATHAN REYNOLDS
 CHILDREN’S SUPPORT
 
Nate is in his second year of a degree in Computer Science and attended ESSL last year. With 9 younger siblings he is experienced in keeping the peace and being a living example of Christlikeness to those looking up to him.
 
REBECCA CUMMINGS
WORSHIP SUPPORT
 
Rebecca supports Jae in leading us all into the presence of God.  With a degree in music, Rebecca has served in worship teams and as a youth worker in a number of contexts including XLP in South East London. She is also the proud mum of four lovely children.
